Jean-Luc Panchot

Jean-Luc has extensive investment, advisory and operating experience across the information economy.  As Vice President at Shoal Harbor Capital, he is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities, as well as partnering with portfolio company executives and our operating partners to drive value creation initiatives.

Prior to Shoal Harbor Capital, Jean-Luc was a senior member of the M&A team at Ziff Davis (Nasdaq: ZD), where he researched and developed investment themes, led sourcing initiatives, conducted investment analysis, oversaw end-to-end transaction execution, and organized integrations.  Earlier in his career, Jean-Luc worked in technology investment banking at Jefferies Financial Group and strategic finance at information services company Sprinklr, Inc.

Jean-Luc earned a BS from Georgetown University, graduating Cum Laude with a double major in Finance and Operations & Information Management.
